Justin Gillespie, 39, was wanted on charges of delivering cocaine, child neglect, retail theft, and bail jumping in both Janesville and Beloit.
Janesville Police were alerted that Gillespie was at a home in the 2000 block of South Osborne.
Authorities said Gillespie refused to comply with patrol officers, and the SWAT team was activated.
