GIRARDVILLE – Volunteers were out Saturday morning in Girardville honoring the community’s veterans.
Hometown hero banners were installed along Main Street in the borough along with American flags.
A convoy of community volunteers moved from the east end of town west as John Groody used his bucket truck to install the banners.
He also installed American flags along the way.
