All-time Crosstown Classic lead on the line Sunday afternoon as Cubs look to sweep White Sox at Wrigley Field

CHICAGO — The all-time Crosstown Classic lead is on the line Sunday afternoon at Wrigley Field.

The Cubs have finally pulled even with the White Sox during a dominant weekend so far on the North Side, winning 13-3 on Friday and 7-3 on Saturday to run their Crosstown Classic winning streak to a franchise-record seven games.

And now the all-time Crosstown Classic scoreboard is tied up, at 74-74 through 148 games.

So whoever wins Sunday’s game at Wrigley Field will take a one-game all-time lead going into the second half of the 2025 Crosstown Classic in late July at Rate Field on the South Side.
