School District of Philadelphia celebrates students with PHLabilities event
PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) — The School District of Philadelphia took time to celebrate its students with varying abilities.
The inaugural PHLabilities event took place at the district’s headquarters in Spring Garden on Thursday.
Students with different abilities were celebrated for their resilience and boundless potential. There was also a recognition ceremony where students were acknowledged for their academic achievements.
