By rssfeeds-admin LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A 16-year-old drowned while swimming in a North Mississippi creek.
The incident happened in a creek near County Road 1214 in Baldwyn.
Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green said Malaki Moss, 16, died while he was swimming in the creek with friends around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 15.
A GoFundMe has been set up to help the family cover funeral expenses.
