They will now host a four-team NCAA Division III regional tournament starting Thursday, May 15. The NCAA announced on Monday the full 64-team playoff field.
The Wildcats certainly have the numbers on their side, leading the NCAA Division III in home runs (84), hits (482), runs (390), batting average (.406) and slugging percentage (.697).
Lewis & Clark will also make an appearance, even after losing in the NWC Tournament. The team is having its best season in program history and claimed its first-ever NCAA regional invite.
