The Rock County Sheriff’s Office said it appeared the driver was traveling southbound on S. River Road around 8:54 p.m. when he lost control and went into the ditch near the intersection with the W Hwy 11 bypass in the Town of Rock.
The motorcycle overturned and came to rest in a ditch, authorities said.
The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance, but was later pronounced deceased due to his injuries.
Police said the man was from Orfordville.
