17-year-old arrested for Holden Street homicide

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a 17-year-old in connection to a fatal shooting on Holden Street.

Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade said LeCorion Davis was arrested on May 12 and is being held on a $1 million bond. Police are searching for his alleged accomplice, Michael Kelly.

The shooting occurred in the 300 block of Holden Street near Segura Avenue on Wednesday, May 7. Police said a man was found deceased at the location. He was identified as Zephaniah Thompson, 19.
