Yellville man accused of committing lewd act while riding in vehicle driven by minor

A Yellville man is accused of committing a “deviate sexual activity” in a vehicle driven by a minor. Twenty-eight-year-old Shawn Eaton was booked into the Marion County Law Enforcement Center on misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and public sexual indecency.

According to Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander, a minor had given Eaton a ride on April 2. He allegedly committed the act while sitting in the rear seat of the vehicle.

Eaton is free after posting a bond of $1,000.
