LSU football will open the 2025 season at Clemson on August 30. The game will kick off at 6:30 p.m. on WGNO.
The Tigers are entering the fourth year of the Brian Kelly era. While there is plenty of optimism for the 2025 season, LSU has lost its last five Week 1 contests. The last time the Tigers won the opener, quarterback Joe Burrow was still in Baton Rouge.
Clemson is coming off a College Football Playoff appearance (lost to Texas) and both teams have their starting quarterbacks returning in Cade Klubnik and LSU gunslinger Garrett Nussmeier.
