Kokomo police release photograph of suspected vehicle involved in shooting

KOKOMO, Ind. — Kokomo police are asking for the public’s help after a two homes were shot up by an unknown suspect on Friday.

According to the Kokomo Police Department, a silver Ford Fusion was photographed near the scene of the shooting in the 1100 block of N. Purdum Street. The shooting occurred shortly before 7:45 p.m. on Friday.

Police said numerous shell casings were found in the roadway and two homes, which were occupied at the time of the incident, were struck by gunfire. An unoccupied vehicle was also struck by bullets.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Police have released a photograph of the suspected vehicle involved in the shooting.
