ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Abilene residents may notice some commotion at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB) in the next couple of days, but don’t worry — it’s just training.
Dyess AFB will conduct active shooter, antiterrorism, and force protection exercises on May 13 and 14 to test various components of emergency response scenarios.
