Baxter County concludes week with another small increase in early voting

Baxter County saw another small increase in its early voting turnout on Friday. Twelve ballots were cast at the Baxter County Courthouse, bringing the week’s total to 43.

There will be one more day for early voting. Baxter County residents living in the Norfork or Calico Rock school districts can cast a ballot Monday at the courthouse in downtown Mountain Home between 8 and 4:30.

Election Day will be Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with four polling locations open. In addition to the courthouse, Baxter County eligible voters can cast a ballot at Salesville City Hall at 46 Gillespie Street, First Baptist Church of Norfork at 36 Second Street and Lone Rock Baptist Church at 6726 Push Mountain Road.
