5 new additions to Boone County Most Wanted


The Boone County Sheriff’s Office is notifying residents of five new additions to the Most Wanted List.

Tiffany Louella Blair, a woman described as being 5’3″ with brown hair and brown eyes, is wanted for a body attachment for non payment of child support on a bond of $1,500 cash only. Blair was last known to be at 10309 Clay Ln in Omaha, Ark.



Wanted on a bench warrant on revocation of suspended sentence for possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, three counts of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and habitual offense, Michael Wayne Case Jr., a man described as being 5’10” with black hair and brown eyes, has no bond. Case’s last known address was 19 Bellefonte Rd. in Harrison.



Christopher Lynn Moore is wanted on a body attachment on unpaid child support. He is said to be 5’10” with green eyes and brown hair and has a cash only bond of $1,500. The last known address for Moore was 4544 WPA Rd in Alpena.

Miles D. Davis, a man wanted for a body attachment 30 day sliding scale, has a $1,500 cash only bond, is 5’8″ and has brown hair and brown eyes. Miles’ last known address on record was 20 Mimosa Dr. in Harrison.



Justin Leon Arbaugh, a 6’3″ man with brown hair and green eyes, is wanted on a $1,500 bond for a body attachment for non payment of child support. The last known location for Arbaugh was 724 W Holt Ave. in Harrison.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office urges anyone with information on these suspects to call 870-741-8404.
