(WPHL) — This weekend (May 10 and 11) is set to be jam-packed with events like Mother’s Day, the Rittenhouse Square Spring Fine Craft Show, an outdoor movie screening, the OPA! Rittenhouse Square Spring Fine Craft Show:

  • May 9-11. Friday from 10a-6p, Saturday and Sunday 10a-5p.
  • Stroll along Rittenhouse and shop from more than 150 fine craft artisans
    showcasing works in ceramics, jewelry, wood, digital art, decorative and wearable fiber, furniture, glass, and photography.
  • The event will be rain or shine.
  • 18th and Walnut Street

FREE ice cream at Weckerly’s Ice Cream:

  • From 6-9 p.m. on May 9, the new scoop shop located at 1600 Spruce Street will be giving away free scoops and a limited-edition pint koozie for the first 50 guests, complimentary flowers for customers and their mothers, and more.

Outdoor movie screening at Sunset Social:

  • Catch Cars 3 at Sunset Social on May 10 starting at 12 p.m.
  • Free and open to the public

OPA! Greek Festival in Elkins Park:

  • Stop by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Elkins Park from May 8- 11 for their annual OPA! Greek Festival.
  • Enjoy traditional Greek Food, music, dancing, and more.
  • Entry is free and food is pay-as-you-go.

Mother’s Day:

  • Treat mom to a delicious brunch, lunch, dinner (or all of the above) at Philly’s amazing variety of restaurants.
