Pedestrian injured in Culpepper Road crash

ALEXANDRIA, La. (WNTZ) – The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a single-vehicle crash that injured a pedestrian Wednesday night in the 2700 block of Culpepper Road.

Officers responded to the scene at approximately 8:50 p.m. The pedestrian sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Routine toxicology results are pending, police said.

The investigation remains ongoing.
