All BART service halted Friday due to networking error

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco Bay Area commuters are advised to seek transportation outside of BART Friday morning following a systemwide outage. The suspended service was announced at 4:24 a.m.

The suspension of all service systemwide is due to a computer networking problem, according to the Bay Area Rapid Transit District.

There is no estimated time for service to be restored.
