SFPD homicide team investigates ‘suspicious’ death

(KRON) — Officers are investigating a “suspicious” death on Tuesday afternoon in San Francisco, the San Francisco Police Department announced in a news release. Around 3:19 p.m., officers responded to the area of Launga and Market streets to a report of a dead person.

SFPD officers arrived at the scene where the person was pronounced dead. A coroner was called to the scene and informed investigators of the suspicious death.

No other details were released about the circumstances leading up to the death.
