CHICAGO (WGN) — A search is underway this week for a man who officers say has been missing for several days.

Chicago police said 32-year-old Jose Martinez has been missing since Saturday, May 3. He was last spotted on that day in the 4400 block of North St Louis Avenue in Albany Park on the city’s Northwest Side.

Martinez, who stands 5-foot-5 and weighs around 160 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.

Officers said the missing man was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a black jacket, a gray Old Navy sweatshirt, blue jeans as well as black and gray shoes.

Police shared details about Martinez’s disappearance in a news release sent out on Wednesday afternoon.
