These Iberia Parish roads are closed due to flooding Wednesday morning

IBERIA PARISH, La. (KLFY) — The heavy rains overnight Wednesday has caused some roads in Iberia Parish to be closed due to flooding, authorities said.

The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office announces the following road closures in the parish:

  • The 800 block of Segura Road
  • Hazard Road at O’Donnell Road
  • Lee Station at Yvonne Drive
  • John Road
  • Hayes Road
  • Railroad Road
  • Claude Viator Road at Bodin Road
  • The 1600 block of Migues Road
  • The 1200 block of Adras Road
  • Bob Acres Road at Twin Port Road
  • S. Curtis Lane at Port Road

The IBSO asks motorists to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary, and to never travel through flooded areas.
