Rockwell Ice Cream was started by one man with a dream — Justin Williams. He began by creating homemade ice cream with his family as a young boy, and dreamed to one day have his own business. Years later, he would make ice cream at home with his wife, the two working on fun and unique flavors they would share with neighbors. Soon, that blossomed into what is known as the Rockwell Ice Cream Company.
The company’s website says that it is dedicated to making premium ice cream with natural ingredients. Flavors include “The G.O.A.T,” “Honeycomb,” “Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough,” “Piña Colada,” and “Rockwell Road.”

Parfé Diem is known for its whipped, award-winning pudding treats.
According to its website, the company started when its founder, a self-taught baker, was working to create a dessert for a Friendsgiving dinner in 2018, where friends responded by saying the dessert needed to be sold to the public. In 2022, that dream was realized following hard work and taking the opportunity to “seize the moment.”
Parfé Diem’s pudding parfaits can be eaten fresh for a whipped, mousse-like texture, or frozen if you’d like more ice cream vibes. Their flavor, “OG Banana”, won City Weekly’s Best Comfort Food Dish in 2024. It’s made with pudding parfait, fresh bananas, and vanilla wafers.
Other flavors include “Brigadeiro”, inspired by a Brazilian truffle, “Strawberry Cheescake,” and “Pistachio Envy.” Other treats include a frozen pudding sandwich and a shortbread cookie bar.
Gluten-free wafers are available.
