Starship was initially a continuation of Jefferson Starship and Jefferson Airplane, and went platinum for the 1985 album Knee Deep in the Hoopla which featured Billboard Top 100 singles “We Built This City” and “Sara.” The 1987 album No Protection featured the single “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now” from the movie Mannequin.
The band reformed in 1992 as Starship Featuring Mickey Thomas following the departure of co-singer Grace Slick, and released Love Among the Cannibals with the song “It’s Not Enough.”
Foghat is an English classic rock band best known for “Slow Ride,” released in 1975, with other hits including “I Just Want to Make Love to You” and “Fool for the City.”
Foghat has released 17 studio albums, 8 of which have gone gold and 1 platinum.
Starship and Foghat will perform at the Coronado on Thursday, October 9th, 2025. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 9th at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster and via the Coronado Box Office.
