It’s been challenging, as the city faces a $93 million budget shortfall which could mean big cuts to core services. Mayor Wilson looks to unveil his budget this coming Monday.
Despite this, he sees reason for optimism in Portland and returned to Eye on Northwest Politics to talk about it.
