(KRON) — The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a 65-year-old man who vanished seven days ago.
OPD says Edward Louis Silva was last seen on April 26 in Oakland. Silva is described as Latino, 6′ tall with grey hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, police say he weighed 200 pounds and was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.
