The three men were identified as Malcom Spears, 34, Jonathan Mason, 38, and Joshua Seau, 41. All three were Suisun City residents.
The Suisun City Police Department said its officers found the bodies on Thursday morning, launched a “death investigation,” and looked for evidence to uncover what happened.
Suisun City Police Chief Aaron Roth told KRON4 that a friend became concerned after phone calls and text messages went unanswered from one of the deceased men. The friend went to the house to check on him. “They made entry into the residence … saw at least one individual on the ground, and backed out, and called 911,” Roth said.
Officers did not find any signs that a struggle had occurred inside the home. The victims were not shot, nor stabbed, Roth said. “We don’t see any obvious signs of foul play,” the police chief said.
The lifeless bodies of Spears, Mason, and Seau were removed from the house on gurneys Thursday afternoon. A coroner will perform an autopsy to determine the men’s cause of death.
