ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Raquel Wells, 33, for attacking a woman with a broken Jameson whisky bottle, according to court records.

On April 11, officers were called to the 600 block of 15th Avenue for reports of battery. The victim told authorities Wells started punching her after she did not provide her with more crack cocaine.

Wells proceeded to get out of the truck they were both inside of and break a bottle of Jameson on the vehicle, court records show. The victim told officials she was then attacked by Wells, causing a deep cut on her hand.
