Woman injured during officer-involved shooting in Knox County
KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — Kentucky State Police is investigating after a woman was injured in an officer-involved shooting Tuesday night in Knox County.
Trooper Jacobs announced on Facebook that at 10:14 p.m., KSP got the call from dispatch requesting help at the scene of the shooting on Sugar Maple Drive.
KSP said that no deputies with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office were injured, and the woman was flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center for treatment.
