HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — One person is in custody after authorities say he threatened an employee at the Henderson city building.

According to the Henderson Police Department, this happened on Monday following a dispute between the city employee and 28-year-old Dalton Burden.

We’re told Burden was upset about a billing issue and used derogatory language toward the employee.

Another witness on the scene told officers that Burden threatened to return to the building with a gun.

After an arrest warrant was obtained, Burden was arrested on Tuesday and booked in the Henderson County Jail on the following charges:

  • Terroristic Threatening
  • Disorderly Conduct

He is currently booked on a $10,000 bond.
