Acadiana Eats Kitchen: Spicyman

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — In the Acadiana Eats Kitchen, Gerald Gruenig is is joined by the Spicyman, known for bringing the vibrant flavors of Trinidad and Tobago here in Acadiana.

In the kitchen, Spicyman was serving traditional authentic street foods that holds pepper sauces and jerk marinades that capture the perfect flavor profile of the Caribbean cuisine.

The owner of Spicyman shared how excited he was to able to serve in Acadiana and teach people a new culture through his menu.
