City officials say the attack, which originated April 18, is still impacting certain aspects of communication, and that, “there may be delays in reaching some personnel, and we appreciate the community’s patience as we work to respond as soon as possible.”
All City Departments are now operating and providing services to the public, with the addition of the following small changes:
Building Inspections – A builder who needs a Planning and Development Services inspection is asked to call (325) 676-6273 or (325) 725-9436.
Abilene Municipal Court – Court is open but payment processing could be impacted. Please proceed with court business according to the notices you receive.
Phone services have also been sporadically impacted during the attack, and because of this attack, the City of Abilene filed a Catastrophe Notice with the Office of Attorney General.
