2 wanted for shooting teen while he was boarding a SEPTA bus in 2024

(WPHL) — Philadelphia Police are searching for two men who are responsible for shooting and killing a 17-year-old at a SEPTA bus stop in 2024.

According to police, the shooting happened on March 4, 2024, at 3:45 p.m. as the 17-year-old victim was boarding a SEPTA bus on the 6200 block of Ogontz Avenue.

The two suspects fired their guns at the victim, shooting him several times throughout his body.

Police say the victim died of his injuries after the shooting. Four other victims were also struck by stray gunfire, but all survived their wounds.

The suspects were last seen on the 6200 block of Limekiln Pike when they got into a dark grey Nissan Altima sedan and fled the scene.

The vehicle has since been found, but the suspects have not.

Police describe the suspects as:

• Suspect #1: Black male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the words “DON’T GET EMOTIONAL IT’S ONLY BROKEN PROMISES” on the back and the word “EMOTIONAL” on the front, dark color pants, and also wearing a mask.
• Suspect #2: Black male, wearing a light color hooded jacket, dark colored pants, and a mask.
