According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, deputies spotted Criscione’s red motorcycle in the 4000 block of N. River Road and attempted to pull him over, but Criscione continued driving at a high rate of speed, causing them to terminate the pursuit for safety concerns.
Later, the motorcycle was found in the 800 block of Adams Street, where Criscione was taken into custody.
He now faces charges of Aggravated Fleeing to Elude, Fleeing to Elude, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and speeding.
He was released under the provisions of Illinois’ pretrial fairness act and given a notice to appear at a future court date.
