‘Now You Know:’ Fever prepares for 2025 season with new campaign

INDIANAPOLIS — As the Indiana Fever prepares for its 2025 season, the Indianapolis-based team aims to continue to remind the world that Indiana is the epicenter of basketball and women’s sports with the team’s new mantra:

“Now You Know.”

This three-word slogan will serve as the team’s 2025 campaign mantra, according to a news release from the team released on Monday. This comes as the Fever’s season tips off against the Chicago Sky on May 17 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

“Indiana and basketball have always been synonymous; it’s ingrained into our DNA and much of the sport’s history stems from our backyard,” said Shayna Sangster, the team’s assistant vice president of marketing. “This campaign is a nod to the fans, including our long-time supporters and those who are new to Fever, who show up and support this team in a record-breaking fashion.

“On the heels of a record-setting season that captured the world’s attention, the ‘Now You Know’ campaign amplifies the cultural and basketball influence of our franchise, while also driving our ambition for more,” Sangster continued. “We are excited to celebrate our players and fans throughout the upcoming season and to continue being a torchbearer for our sport.”

The release said that the campaign was launched with a shoot featuring Fever players like Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston at the Madam Walker Legacy Center. The team’s roster includes players who have won seven WNBA championships, 13 All-Star selections and four All-WNBA honorees.

This season, the team will be featured in 41 nationally televised games, the most in WNBA history. CBS4 will air three games in the 2025 season, including games against the Chicago Sky on June 7 and Aug. 9 as well as a game against the New York Liberty, the defending champions, on May 24.

Ultimately, team officials believe that the Indiana Fever and its fanbase are “driven by passion, pride and the pursuit of greatness,” the release said.

“The Indiana Fever are rewriting women’s basketball history and penning a new story, redefining the culture of women’s sports both in the state of Indiana and across the globe,” the release said. “Having boldly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with, the Fever are still hungry for more, making it known that recent accomplishments are just the beginning.”
