Li’l Chubby’s to open in Pineville with fries, sauces, and more

PINEVILLE, La. (WNTZ) – A new fast-food concept is set to add flavor and fun to downtown Pineville next month. Li’l Chubby’s, a restaurant specializing in fries and sauces, will officially open its doors May 1 at 701 Main St.

The restaurant will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering a menu centered around a variety of fries — including classic, crinkle-cut, curly, waffle, and tater tots — paired with an extensive selection of sauces. In addition to its signature fries, Li’l Chubby’s will serve chicken “nuggies,” fried pickle spears, cheese bites, and a variety of cold beverages.

Li’l Chubby’s first announced its plans to join the downtown Pineville landscape in 2023, contributing to the city’s broader revitalization efforts.

Beyond its menu, the business aims to support its workforce by providing on-site amenities for employees, including a gym, laundry facilities, locker rooms, showers, and a computer station equipped with internet access and a printer for homework and career development.
