BALTIMORE (WGNO) – The first LSU Tiger off the board in the 2025 NFL Draft was an offensive lineman. The New England Patriots drafted Will Campbell fourth overall, and in full circle fashion, another Bayou Bengal from the trenches became the last LSU player drafted.
The Baltimore Ravens selected LSU offensive lineman Garrett Dellinger 234rd overall in the final round of this year’s draft.
Dellinger was the seventh Tiger drafted, and his selection meant NFL teams picked all four LSU offensive linemen in the draft. The second was his college and now NFL teammate Emory Jones. The Ravens drafted Jones in the third round.
The Michigan native started games every year in the Purple and Gold, shifting across the line from center to left tackle and finally left guard. Twenty-four of Dellinger’s 27 starts were at his final position.
