Police: Person threw dog wrapped in clothing from moving vehicle

BLOOMSBURG – Police in Columbia County are seeking whoever tossed a dog wrapped in an article of clothing from a moving pickup truck yesterday.

This happened in Bloomsburg around 5:50am Thursday morning on East 9th Street.

There, someone in a pickup truck threw a dog from the vehicle. The dog was wrapped in an article of clothing.
