Vehicle crash in Rockford: 29-year-old man dies

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A vehicle crash resulted in one man dead in Rockford on Friday.

Around 1 p.m., Rockford responded to the area of North 2nd Street and Whitman for the crash.

The driver, a 29-year-old man, died around 3 p.m., according to police.

Officials said the driver’s car was the only vehicle involved. The man was not identified.
