The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office said an anonymous tip led to the arrest of Natalie Jurgensmeier, 46.
Police said the tip was received on April 22nd and arrested Jurgensmeier at “a premises in Dodgeville Township.”
According to the Cherry Valley Police Department, officers were called to the Days Inn at 220 S. Lyford Road, around 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15th, for a reported stabbing.
Police said the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening, and the man refused medical treatment.
Authorities said Jurgensmeier left the area in a black Jeep.
Around 4:45 p.m. that day, police announced charges of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Domestic Battery Causing Bodily Harm.
She is being held in Iowa County pending extradition to Winnebago County, authorities said.
