(KRON) — An at-risk woman was reported missing by the Union City Police Department. Shazia Pachakhaio, 56, was last seen on Monday at 9 a.m. near Coronation Drive and Crest Lane, the law enforcement agency said in a Nixle alert.
Pachakhaio is described to be 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds, according to UCPD. She suffers from memory loss. Police did not say what clothing she had on the last time she was seen.

Anyone with information about Pachakhaio’s location is asked to call 911 or contact Union City police.
