High school principal resignation among personnel matters to be considered by Norfork School Board

The Norfork School Board will have several personnel matters during its regular April session Monday evening at 5. High school principal Jason Williams is one of the resignations to be considered by the board.

Other resignations include the elementary art teacher, an elementary custodian, the transportation supervisor and the bus driver for the Lone Rock route. The openings for the transportation supervisor and the Lone Rock bus driver will be considered along with the superintendent’s position.

The board is also set to consider combining the elementary art teacher and the gifted and talented teacher into one position. In addition, they’ll decide on a possible contract extension for the family and consumer sciences teacher.

In other business, the board will vote on the audit report, consider stipends for extra duties, salary schedule updates and the IT contract.

The meeting will be held in the cafeteria.
