The free event allows youth aged 7 to 14 to participate in pitching, hitting, and running challenges to show their baseball and softball skills. Participants will have the chance to advance to regional events at MLB stadiums and possibly to the finals, held during the World Series.
Online registration is available now. Families are encouraged to attend. There will be food and giveaways throughout.
The event is hosted by attorney and community advocate Scott J. Chafin at Justice Field, behind his 9284 Linwood Avenue office. It takes place Saturday, May 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
