SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Monday is the warmest day of this week’s forecast with daytime highs climbing well into the upper 70s if not the low 80s at the very warmest.

A dense fog advisory is in place for North Bay interior valleys until 9 a.m. on Monday, according to the National Weather Service. Visibility may be less than a quarter mile in the fog.

Skies across the Bay Area are nice and sunny and will remain that way into tomorrow for a similarly warm afternoon.

The rest of the week will trend noticeably cooler with highs slipping into the 60s starting on Wednesday.

Sunrise in San Francisco is at 6:26 a.m. Sunset is at 7:51 p.m.
