Blue Line trains delayed at Racine stop due to ‘police activity’

CHICAGO – CTA Blue Line trains heading to Chicago O’Hare International Airport are delayed at the Racine stop due to “police activity,” according to officials.

The CTA made the announcement just after 9:15 p.m. Sunday.

Shuttle buses have been requested to provide connecting service through LaSalle to Medical Center. Other Blue Line trains are running but not stopping at Racine due to the police activity, according to the CTA.

At this time, customers are asked to consider nearby bus routes or other rail line, such as #7 Harrison and #126 Jackson.
