1 dead in Harlan County single-vehicle crash on KY-160

HALRAN COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A person died on Sunday after a single-vehicle crash on Big Black Mountain in the Lynch community.

It happened around 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, troopers with Kentucky State Police (KSP) said.

Initial reports showed that the vehicle was on fire and one person was trapped inside.

State police said one person has been pronounced dead.
