Livingston Parish deputies arrest 3 after internet sex crimes investigation

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Three Livingston Parish residents accused of using social media to exploit a child were arrested after an investigation.

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Wagner, 40, of Albany, Justin Baham, 30, of Holden, and Wilson Mesa-Gomez, 30, of Denham Springs.

Wagner and Mesa-Gomez were charged with indecent behavior with juveniles and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.

Baham was charged with indecent behavior with juveniles, computer-aided solicitation of a minor, possession of Schedule I CDS, firearm in the presence of CDS, and possession of marijuana.
