St. Christopher’s Hospital patients fitted for tuxedos ahead of oncology prom

PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) — Patients at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children got their tuxedos fitted for their Annual Oncology Prom.

The hospital is teaming up with Dunkin’s Joy in Childhood Foundation to bring prom to young patients battling serious illnesses who would miss prom during their treatment.

This year, tuxedos will be supplied free of charge by Domenico’s Formalwear for patients to enjoy the dance.

The prom will happen on May 15th for patients and family members to enjoy. Citing the popularity of the movie “Wicked,” this year’s theme is “The Wizard of Oz.”
