NOTE: This article has been turned into an almanac of Monday’s weather. We have published a new forecast/weather story for Tuesday.
Temperatures reached the 60s for a third consecutive day Monday, a level more than 5 degrees above normal. This follows the second warmest weekend of 2025 thus far.
The day featured plenty of sunshine following some early morning clouds and gusty westerly winds which passed 40 mph at several locations.
The warmer temperatures coupled with gusty winds resulted in a noticeable uptick in pollen. Tree pollen reached the high category and also grass pollen was also measured for the first time this year.
April calendar update: Only four of the first 14 days have featured daytime highs above normal, with three of the four days occurring since last Saturday.
