The report showed that for Illinois residents making less than $50,000 a year, the average return was $2,498.
For those making $50,000 – $100,000 a year, the average return was $2,840. Between $100,000 – $200,000 resulted in an average of $4,118. For those making over $200,000 a year, they could expect an average return of $14,709.
