Deadline announced for Pa. investors to file for refund in securities settlement

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WKBN) – The deadline to file a claim in a securities violation case involving Pennsylvania investors is approaching.

The Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities announced Tuesday that investors have until May 22 to file a claim in the case involving GSB Gold Standard Corporation AG, GSB Gold Standard Bank LTD., and affiliated GS Partners entities (collectively, “GS Partners”).

The payout is part of a multi-state investigation into securities violations by the fund. Investments could be refunded for those who participated.

Pennsylvania investors can submit claims for a refund through a secure portal that is managed by a third-party administrator, AlixPartners. Claims must be filed by May 22, 2025.

When filing a claim, please be prepared to supply supporting documents and information. According to AlixPartners’ webpage, to file a claim, you will need the following information:

  • Proof of identity (name, address, valid ID)
  • Any Know Your Customer (KYC) materials provided to GS Partners
  • Contact information (email and phone number)
  • Your GS Partners Account ID or username
  • Claim amount, including:
    GS Partners account statements
    Proof of deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions
  • Wallet addresses used to interact with GS Partners
  • Information about any previous compensation received from GS Partners

Ohio is not one of the states listed to be compensated. All other states are listed here.
