April is stress awareness month, and for those of you who are stressed or feel stressed during certain times, you are not alone. In fact, 27% of Americans report frequently feeling overwhelmed by stress, according to a 2022 survey by the American Psychological Association.

Licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Jaime Zuckerman joined us with some helpful ways to handle stress.
